    McMinnville, OR - McMinnville, OR - The Wildcats won 5 events including Kennedy Johnson in the Triple Jump, Jake Mehilich in the 200m and the 400m, Kate Shear won the Javelin, and Ellie Schmidt won the 100m. Johnson moved from the #9 spot to the #7 spot on the Linfield Top 10 List for Triple Jump and Joanna Galli is now #9 for Pole Vault. The 'Cats had 34 top 8 finishers and added 11 more qualifying marks. Discus thrower Tim Pang finished runner up in is event. The 'Cats has 5 third place finishers including Schmidt in the 200m, Madison Gladding in the 400m hurdles, Joy Harpham in high jump, Chad Linnerooth in the 1500m, and Morgunn Ewing in javelin. Over spring break Linfield hosted a multi event in which freshman Olivia Bannerott won her debut heptathlon and junior Brenna Stinson placed 9th. Both are now qualified for Conference. Bannerott now ranks number 7 on the Linfield Top Ten List and was recognized as the Northwest Conference Women's Field Student-Athlete of the Week
